I’m Dr. Claire Green-Forde, The Culture & Well-Being Architect™. I’m a transformational speaker, leadership strategist, and mental health executive helping organizations connect equity, well-being, and performance in ways that honor both people and purpose.

Dr. Claire SPEAKS!™, is a strategic advisory and thought-leadership firm helping organizations move beyond performative approaches to address the systemic drivers of workplace harm. Through speaking, workshops, and strategic advisement, we partner with leaders across healthcare, corporate, social impact, and professional health education sectors to build cultures where care, equity, and clarity, strengthen people and profitability. Our work is in operationalizing well-being as a driver of retention, performance, and organizational health.
