Dr. Claire Consults

At Dr. Claire SPEAKS!, human relationships and development are central to our work. We understand that change can be challenging, which is why we take an approach that centers C.A.R.E. when working with clients. Through our engaging and inclusive C.A.R.E. Approach™, we partner with organizations on project-specific engagements to provide advisory services in key areas such as mental wellness policy development, equity-focused initiatives, and organizational/workplace wellbeing.

Step One: (C)larify

In the first step of our C.A.R.E. Approach™, we focus on clarifying your needs and determining if we are a good match for your organization. We offer a complimentary 15-minute meeting to discuss your current needs and explore how Dr. Claire SPEAKS! can assist you.

Step Three: (R)ecommend & Reawaken

In the third step of our C.A.R.E. Approach™, we focus on recommending and reawakening. We synthesize the learnings from steps one and two and make recommendations aligned with your expressed goals and organizational needs. This is a collaborative process aimed at reawakening your commitment to your values and mission, as well as the wellbeing and passion of your employees.

Step Two: (A)ssess & Align

In the second step of our C.A.R.E. Approach™, we focus on assessing and aligning with your needs, goals, timeline, budget, and desired outcomes. This process includes an assessment of your current practices, policies, and procedures, as well as a high-level overview of alignment with your stated goals, resources, and organizational culture.

Step Four: (E)valuate & Engage

In the fourth step of our C.A.R.E. Approach™, we focus on evaluating and engaging. This phase involves assessing participants and organizational leaders to better understand the impact of our strategies, identify challenges and barriers, and celebrate successes.

This phase is crucial, as human behavior and learning models suggest that to support learning, growth, and organizational change, we must repeatedly expose ourselves to opportunities to learn, be willing to evaluate and measure desired and undesired outcomes, and continually seek feedback to foster transformation.

  • $750+/Hour

How does consultancy work?

Dr. Claire SPEAKS! provides consultation on a project-specific and time-limited basis.  We utilize retainer packages for our consultancy services and we typically work with organizations for 3-6 months.

Do we have to be co-located?

No! We do not need to be co-located! Dr. Claire travels to a variety of places nationally and internationally! In today's world, that is even easier! Organizations have sought out Dr. Claire to provide keynotes, workshops, and consultation both in person and online.
