I’m Dr. Claire Green-Forde, a mental health executive, transformational speaker, and leadership strategist with two decades of experience across healthcare, government, nonprofit, public-sector, and mission-driven systems.

As the founder of Dr. Claire SPEAKS!™, I help leaders and organizations understand the human, cultural, and organizational conditions shaping well-being, trust, retention, accountability, and performance.

My work blends mental health expertise, leadership psychology, organizational strategy, neuroscience-informed insight, and equity-centered design. I bring both systems-level experience and lived understanding to the work of helping organizations build cultures where accountability, care, and performance can coexist.

My background also includes extensive experience in and adjacent to criminal-legal systems, advocacy, policy, and systems-change spaces, where leadership, mental health, public trust, and community well-being deeply intersect.

Through keynotes, workshops, and strategic advisement grounded in L.E.A.D. with C.A.R.E.™ and supported by the Leadership Architect Compass™ ecosystem, I help leaders address what is harming their people, weakening trust, and limiting organizational impact.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: Work Shouldn’t Hurt™.

Dr. Claire SPEAKS!™ Is a Sanctuary for Truth and Healing

We partner with leaders and organizations ready to move beyond surface-level conversations and tell the truth about the cultures they are building, the harm they may be tolerating, and the conditions their people are carrying.

This work is not about shame. It is about clarity, accountability, repair, and transformation. We help organizations cultivate environments where well-being, human dignity, leadership integrity, and inclusion are not aspirational. They are foundational.

A Glimpse into My Journey...

My journey is shaped by lived experience, cultural humility, and a deep belief that leadership is both a responsibility and a calling.

As an immigrant woman, executive leader, and mental health professional, I have navigated the toll of systems that dehumanize, silence, and punish truth-telling. I know what it feels like to carry racial trauma, organizational harm, and the weight of being the first, or only, while still being expected to lead, serve, and care for others.

Growing up, harmful stereotypes tried to quiet my voice. But silence was too costly.

Dr. Claire SPEAKS!™ was born from that reckoning: an offering of radical love, strategic advocacy, and truth-telling leadership.

Today, I stand as The Culture & Well-Being Architect™, using my platform to affirm others and help leaders build workplaces worthy of the people inside them™. I believe meaningful change requires addressing both people and systems, and that well-being, equity, and human dignity must be embedded at every level of leadership for organizations to thrive.

This work is how I serve.

It is how I lead.

And it is how I help others lead with courage, cultural humility, and empathy at the center.
